The personnel commission of Cottage Grove First Presbyterian Church follows current guidelines established and maintained by the Presbytery of the Cascades. Commission members are tasked with monitoring and reviewing the work of church employees. Additionally, they -- like all officers of the church -- are dedicated to assuring that our building remains a secure, safe environment for our members and visitors of all ages.

It is vitally important that each member knows that all officers of our church are dedicated to making this a safe place for us all to gather in worship and for fellowship -- at all times our building is in use.

All members should be aware of the current Presbyterian Church USA Sexual Misconduct Policy and Its Procedures regarding harrassment and reporting procedures.  All church offices agree to uphold these policies.
