Our Commissions and How to Participate
For current reports of commissions activities, click here!

All members -- and even those still considering membership -- may participate in the work of our commissions. You can contact one of the Session members above for more information or simply join us at the next scheduled meeting (usually the second Wednesday of each month. but the times vary when holiday schedules interfere). 

Our commissions (chairs are identified in the Session list above) are

  • Building and Grounds
  • Christian Education
  • Earth and Social Justiice
  • Hospitality and Parish Life (currently without a chair!)
  • Personnel
  • Stewardship and Finance
  • Worship

Commission meetings begin with a potluck meal at 5:30, and then the groups break into their separate meetings. The first time you attend, you can spend a little time with each group to see where you would like to lend your time and talents.

These are the groups of dedicated members who guide our programs, oversee the maintenance of our building, and help us decide the best use of our resources.
